We do have to admit, it is our ultimate guilty pleasure, our destination for family events and catch ups with friends! Why? Because there is something for everyone. The Jasmine Palace Buffet, if you haven’t been, you are missing out BIG TIME!
Hundreds of dishes, including Chinese food, Indian, Italian, Sushi & Seafood and yes even Bacon and Cabbage are included along with counters of desserts, an ice-cream counter when over a dozen flavours, a huge chocolate fountain with marshmallows and unlimited coffee (my mouth is watering while I type) for €14.99 per adult and €8 per child for weekday lunch.

The Jasmine Palace was founded in 1986 and has given Limerick 3 decades of great Cantonese food. What makes the food so special? The chefs! Many of the chefs began as home-cooks; learning from the best (their mums, grandparents and great-grandparents!) and were training at the top restaurants in Asia at a young age (some chefs even started at the age of 13!). The chefs at the Jasmine Palace are individually chosen because they bring something special to the table. A successful chef needs to have flair, a sense of flavour, a great story, the ability to help you get to know your food as you learn to cook and most importantly, passion, which will shine through.

The family friendliness and large interior of the Jasmine Palace makes the place quite unique, an elevator from their sister restaurant Marco Polo allows guests with young children access. Child seats are available as well as changing facilities.
The unique design allows for different sections and large bookings as the restaurant can cater for over 200 people. And while we are focusing here on the buffet, the a-la-carte menu is an absolute treat and available from 5pm daily.
